We will begin by honoring the Newark College of Engineering (NCE) Dean’s Scholars and those who have completed the Grand Challenges of Engineering Minor, recognizing academic excellence and leadership among our top seniors.\nFollowing this recognition, we will host New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT)’s Order of the Engineer and the inaugural Professional Order of Engineering Technology Induction Ceremony. These national traditions invite graduating engineers and engineering technology students to take the Obligation of the Engineer and Engineering Technology, committing themselves to the highest standards of ethics and professional responsibility.\n
